Version 0.3.0 Milestone 5 Released

Milestone 5 of version 0.3.0 is now available from the Java tooling section of the scribble.org website: http://scribble.github.io/scribble-java.html

This release includes some bug fixes, a new command line distribution, updated user guide and introduction of a developer guide.
