Sorry for your trouble. Looks like you need to edit couple files before you can access this. It uses the same security domain as "DV" is using. If followed the installation video on the site it would take you through editing these files. As matter of security, no resources will be openly accessible with software by default.

otherwise edit "jboss-eap-6.1/standalone/configuration/teiid-security-users.properties", add a user and password. Then edit "jboss-eap-6.1/standalone/configuration/teiid-security-roles.properties" and add roles the added user based on the above link. The role could be "user" or "admin". save. Retry logging with added user. Typically you do not need to restart the server. If does not work re-start and try again.

I edited the teiid files as you suggested and was able to log in.
