How do I specify a timer duration of "timeDate" in KIE WB 6.0.1?

According to JBPM-3298 and looking at the Timer class it appears that timeDate (absolute time in ISO 8601 format) is supported.  But I do not see such a field in the editor panel for a Timer start/intermediate catch event, and putting it into the time duration field results in a validation error.  Does that field exist somewhere in KIE WB 6.0.1?
