got exactly the same behavior 3 hours ago and I'm still trying to figure out what happened resp. how to solve the issue. Have you been able to solve it?
Cheers,

I don't know what happened, but now I can get it working by using IE instead Chrome. Browser incompatibility?

marcj Apr 14, 2014 8:13 AM (in response to jocelyn.duc)Not sure about that... There haven't been any issues like that during the last 8 weeks by using Chrome. You're right though. in IE it looks normal... Maybe there has been a Chrome update?

jocelyn.duc Apr 14, 2014 8:21 AM (in response to marcj)Same here, months using Chrome without any problem... Maybe an update yes... I reinstalled many time the whole project (6.0.1.Final and git master), unable to get it working on Chrome since last Friday.

marcj Apr 14, 2014 8:33 AM (in response to jocelyn.duc)Hmm, used it this morning without any issues and then - chaos. That's too bad as IE doesn't seem to support the fullscreen mode of Process Designer.

7. Re: Designer problem: missing components
marccbr Apr 14, 2014 6:18 PM (in response to jocelyn.duc)We've been seeing the same behavior. I think there has been an update to Chrome that broke it. We are also seeing problems in IE 11, the diagram draws correctly but when you move tasks around the lines are left from the old location. Seems like it is not refreshing the drawing when you move stuff around. The only browser that is working correctly right now is Firefox.

8. Re: Designer problem: missing components
marcj Apr 15, 2014 4:14 AM (in response to marccbr)Firefox still shows some issues here:
If a task name is to long to be displayed in a single line, Chrome displayed it in multiple lines. Firefox now shows the name in a single line, therefore the label exceeds the element boundaries. This doesn't really increase "readability" of die process diagram...

10. Re: Designer problem: missing components
xmrk Apr 15, 2014 3:11 PM (in response to jocelyn.duc)I'm bumping this thread. Also, observed this defect when using Google Chrome browser 34.0.1847.116 m on Windows 7 with various updates on 3/25/2014. Note that I never verified whether it worked in IE. So, I'm assuming there was a Chrome update which either introduced a defect in Chrome or triggered an existing defect in jBPM 6.0.1.Final.

jaysynerzip Apr 16, 2014 12:45 PM (in response to jocelyn.duc)1 of 1 people found this helpfulYes . The recent automatic update to chrome seems like caused this issue.
I created a issue in Jira for this. A very very important feature is broken in chrome now.
