null create command in cmp

I am new to JBoss, but have experience on EAServer. I can successfully connect to a session bean. When the session bean tries to access to my entity beans, JBoss complains with java.lang.IllegalStateException: createBeanClassInstanceCommand == null.

I have a Sybase ASE 12.5 connection cache. My application runs well under EAServer. I use JVM 1.4.2_03, JBoss 3.2.3 on a Linux box.

I made the default settings in the conf/standardjbosscmp-jdbc.xml to point to the right connection cache. The defaults section has <entity-command name="default" />. I have not specified any settings to override these in my individual jbosscmp-jdbc.xml files.

I will be very pleased if one can guide me what to try?

After cleaning the deploy warnings (like EJB-QL warnings), everything went smooth.
