What is the JDBC version of JBoss-EAP-6.2.0?

I am using "mysql-connector-java-5.1.30-bin.jar".

The server log says:

JBAS010404: deploy inconsistent JDBC driver class com.mysql.jdbc.Driver (version 5.1)

So which version of MySQL JBDC is consistent with JBoss-eap-6.2.0?

It depends more on the JVM and DB version.

The tested MySQL is 5.5, see this  article

His server log message complains about the jdbc driver pretty explicitly.  The version of the database server shouldn't matter much as long as it is version 5.x so that transactions are fully supported.  The article identifies the tested jdbc driver as Connector / J version 5 which is too generic to be of any use for this error message.
