Here is the simple protocol and trace (ABC.scr and ABC-1.trace). Let me know if you have the same problem, or if I've misunderstood something.
The same problem arises in several other protocols with parallel composition. I'm attaching another more substantial protocol just in case it helps. The substantial protocol is a Two Phase Commit Protocol driven by a client (TwoPC.scr).

I've reproduced the problem - it is a bug. Will let you know when it is fixed.

The problem should now be fixed in master - issue ref: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SCRIBBLE-157
The only thing is that the format of the trace file has now been changed, so I have attached an updated copy of your trace file.
