Using Community (?Jive) features. Problem following or Starting a Stream

I'm trying to follow certain 'places' (in this case JBossTM) but whenever I use the 'follow' button I get an error:

"Your content could not be saved due to an error. You may reached frequency limit. Please try it later. Click here to refresh this page."

Is this because I am not participating as a developer, or is it some other problem.

Also when I try and create a new Stream from my home page I get the same error.

Is the software running this Jive?

I have an older blog in the JBoss community. When i wanted to manage my older posts in the menu on the right i got the following message

Unauthorized

Not an author on this blog.

Access to this place or content is restricted. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here.

This is very awkward beceause i am not an author on my own blog.

How can i get authorized for my own blog ?
