Hello together

I am working on https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ERRAI-736

Its a good idea to explain the sub features i think about:

- Support of builtin scopes (Request, Session, Conversation)

- Support of filter like Webfilter in Servlets for each received websocket message

Now, whats your opinions? Are there missing features and are the ones above okay?

Sounds good to me!

One thing we will need to do is refactor the websocket negotiation logic we already have in errai-bus and errai-bus-jboss7-websocket so we can reuse the functionality in the new WildFly module without duplicating it:

Refactoring of this event servlet and reuse code is the best way for sure. I have already used this code for the negotiation. Will do it so.
