Like I said, the common reason this problem occurs is because ModeShape didn't see the Infinispan configuration file or there was a mismatch in the name and/or paths.

And you're ModeShape configuration? And please specify the file paths to these files, since the ModeShape configuration refers to the (relative path) of the Infinispan file.
