Can you please help me to understand below.

1) "The property is <use-strict-min> used to determine whether idle connections below the <min-pool-size> should be closed.  "

2) Can you please explain me on how the idle connections are closed. Whether it will calculate the no. of idle connection count to kill it when it reaches some value or is there any connection timeout for the idle connection.
