How to configure JBoss AS 6.1.0.Final in cluster

Hi,

I have the following configuration: one JBoss node (master database) which is using integrated Infinispan 4.2 Cache and HornetQ with grouping-handler TYPE=LOCAL and another JBoss node (application) whith HornetQ grouping-handler TYPE=REMOTE. (clustered JBoss nodes)

The Clustering guide I found at JBoss AS 5.1 Clustering Guide is not helping.

I need to create another *backup* JBoss node for the master node and a backup node for my application JBoss node.

How can I do that? (in terms of configuration)

Can somebody guide me into doing this configuration? Where to start? Where else can I ask?

I would recommend to use AS7 or wildfly. AS6 is an outdated version and you might not find a lot of people answering for AS6.

Also it looks like a messaging question to me.
