1. Re: Where is base JBossAS (not EAP) living these days ?
sewatech Jun 29, 2014 10:21 AM (in response to ftg314159)There's no new release of JBoss AS 7. The last one is JBoss AS 7.2.0, which you'll have to build yourself (gist:5123808).
The next version is WildFly 8 (http://www.wildfly.org).
If you want to try JBoss EAP, I think that there's a dev license that allows you to show it to your customer. I'll just have to pay the subscription when going into production. (to be confirmed by some RedHat guys)
If the dev license doesn't fit you need, you may build JBoss EAP yourself. It's open source, so you can download the source code and compile it. See hasalex/eap-build · GitHub.

ctomc Jun 30, 2014 5:50 AM (in response to ftg314159)Just to add bit to Alexis's anwser, code is in WildFly github repository wildfly/wildfly · GitHub as WildFly is just new & renamed version of JBoss AS.
If you go under tags you will see also Jboss AS 7.x tags there.
For JBoss < 7 code is in svn, you can find it here jbossas - Revision 114814: /
