Single deployment for all test cases in Arquillian

We are using arquillian-junit-container 1.0.0 final version for Junit Test.

We have so many test classes and every test class as @Deployment method so when i run all test together then its creating issue of memory and performance.

Can anyone help me to sort out this issue by telling how we can avoid multiple deployment for each single class. How we can achive Single deployment for all test cases in Arquillian?

Currently it's not possible, however we are aware that it's highly desired feature and it will most likely be shipped with next major release (2.0).

It turned out that it-crowd guys implemented such an extension based on Aslak's gist.

That's a bit of a brute force way, but good starting point.

I also use ingwarsw/arquillian-suite-extension · GitHub as this is a mix of all what I have mentioned above + it is maintained.

So far didn't run into any issues except when you want to run your tests in parallel (eg. through surefire/failsafe plugin in maven), deployments are repeated.
