Disable Frequency Limit

May Red Hat disable the frequency limit on forum posts (3600 seconds)? It seems like a major roadblock in community participation when a user can only engage once per hour. Thanks!

I agree that a one hour limit is a big roadblock to participation.  I have to save posts on my PC and come back later to actually submit them.

I can see that the limit is disabled once you get to 50 points, but it seems like it will take me a few weeks to get there.
