James Strachan Dec 11, 2007 9:12 AM (in response to Rocky Banks)The Getting Started Guide describes which products are useful from which perspective. It totally depends on what you are doing as to which products make the best fit to your use cases.
If CXF and Camel fit your requirements then thats totally fine :-). We've gone to great lengths to make the various FUSE products modular so you can just choose to use just what you need.
Going forward you may choose to use FUSE ESB as a deployment & runtime platform for your CXF services and Camel routes; particularly with the ServiceMix 4 Runtime being lightweight, powerful and OSGi based allowing easy hot deployment of your code. i.e. increasingly FUSE ESB will be the ideal runtime & provisioning platform for running CXF and Camel services.
