camel xml/http route example needed

Hi,

I want to implement a router based on FUSE Mediation Router which exposes an endpoint accepting XML/HTTP requests, makes some changes to the XML and routes the request to an external endpoint using XML/HTTP.

Has anyone done something similar and could provide an example.
