There are some new .wmv files available that illustrate the new service creation capabilities in FUSE Integration Designer here

These videos are in .wmv format. You can view them on your Linux or Mac using VLC Media Player. If you are using Quicktime on your Mac, you might need the Flip4Mac plugin to view them correctly.
We will be providing some additional videos that illustration the enterprise integration pattern creation capabilities very soon (hopefully within the next couple days).
