Unable to integrate Fuse tools in to Eclipse

I tried integrating Eclipse with IONs Fuse tools based ont he steps in the link

But at Step "Updating Eclipse from the FUSE Update Site",

Press the New Remote Site... button to add the FUSE update site to your list of sites. Fill out the form as in the picture below - the update site URL is http://repo.open.iona.com/consolidated-fuse-update-site/.

At this step iam getting the error

Network connection problems encountered during search.

  Unable to access "http://repo.open.iona.com/consolidated-fuse-update-site".

    Error parsing site stream.

    Premature end of file.

Are you behind a proxy?

Could you please attach the eclipse error log? There is a "eclipse view" (Menu -> Window -> Show View -> Error Log) that you can use to grab the messages logged regarding this subject.
