Spring Web Applicaiton

Hi all,

I am very new to Fuse Mediation Router and i need help regarding how to use mediation router when we have a web interface.

Let me explain in brief:

I want to develop an application which will take user details from a web interface  and on submit it will store the details in database and at the same time a mail will be sent to admin saying about the changes happened.

I want to use mail component. And for stand alone application that is working i.e. mail componemt is working..

Please help me out..
