Error in retrieving 'IONA FUSE Tooling 1.4.2'

I was trying to update eclipse from the site http://repo.open.iona.com/consolidated-fuse-update-site/.

When I try to download 'IONA FUSE Tooling 1.4.2' I get following error in eclipse

Update operation has failed

  Error retrieving "plugins/com.iona.fuse.intro_1.4.2.jar". [Server returned HTTP response code: "503 Service Unavailable" for URL: http://repo.open.iona.com/fuse-update-site/plugins/com.iona.fuse.intro_1.4.2.jar.]

The problem I reckon is because of the proxy which is not allowing me to download com.iona.fuse.intro_1.4.2.

Is there any way where I can get the IONA Fuse tooling 1.4.2 downloaded seperately (instead of doing it through eclipse) and then install it in eclipse.

Please do share if anyone has any information on this.
