Installation followed by Fatal error

I installed FUSE following the instruciones in that nice video:

But I did't get the welcome screen.

The  welcome was rather rude:

Fatal error: No Route Recognized for that URL in C:\xampp\htdocs\FUSE\support\AppControl\FuseURIRouter.class.php on line 1027

Any practical hint would be appreciated.

I think you are confused with the name FUSE. what you have seen is phpfuse which is not covered here. Progress FUSE products are certified versions of various Apache products related to messaging, routing and Web Services.
