Fuse ESB 4.0.0.4 - How to access the ActiveMQ Web Console?

In the clean installation of Fuse ESB 4.0.0.4 there is an activemq-broker.xml in the deploy directory. How do I set up everything to use the ActiveMQ Web Console via http://localhost:8161/admin? By default it doesn't work. I think I've to start a HTTP-Server. The following bean will configure Jetty I guess, but how do I install Jetty in Fuse ESB?

You should not be creating embedded jetty if you are deploying the war in SMX 4. Therefore, it won't work by configuring jetty within activemq-broker.xml file. Instead, you should use PAX Web along with activemq web console war to get AMQ web console working.

I have attached a file with detailed instruction for running the AMQ web console with Fuse ESB 4.

And a couple of notes:

1. You will need the latest SNAPSHOT for PAX Web and PAX Web Extender to get JSP 2 support for tag files;

2. You will need put in standard.jar and jstl.jar into your war file to fix some of JSP problems;
