Running ServiceMix 4.x from within Eclipse

Is there any documentation or setup to configure ServiceMix 4.x to run and debug from within Eclipse?

I am using Eclipse 3.4.2 JEE edition and I like to be able to step through the source code and set break point from within Eclipse.

You can start ServiceMix 4.x in debug mode on port 5005, by setting environment variable SERVICEMIX_DEBUG; then you can attach the eclipse debugger.

In ServiceMix 4.4, instead of SERVICEMIX_DEBUG option i could see KARAF_DEBUG option in servicemix.bat. Setting that to true enabled debug in my case.
