1. Re: JMS Client for ActiveMQ
oisin May 26, 2009 5:11 PM (in response to pchandler)FUSE Integration Designer 1.2 has a Messaging perspective which allows you to interact with brokers, queues, topics and messages in a fashion not unlike that in the Sonic MQ client. Try it out and let us know what you think in the tools forum
I've added a screenshot of the perspective with a JMS project in there and a listener/sender configured for a queue called woo in a local broker.
There's online help too - just look in the Help Contents for FUSE Integration Designer user guide.

pchandler May 29, 2009 1:10 PM (in response to gseben)I was able to connect to ServiceMix and see my queue size is 22 (see attach). I tried the Operations -> Browse but can't figure-out how to use this GUI? Can anyone provide instruction on how to Browse Messages on a topic using Jconsole?
Thanks in advance,
Peter.

gseben May 29, 2009 1:58 PM (in response to pchandler)Hi Peter,
Topics are not 'browseble' destinations since they don't hold messages. Once you have published a message to a topic, there has to be subscribers listening on that topic otherwise the message is gone. You could have durable subscribers and browse the durable subscriptions since they will store the messages. Or switch to queues depending on your requirements.
