ServiceMix Command Console in FUSE 3

When you execute the servicemix command in FUSE 4 you are eventually dropped into a console that allows you to send commands to servicemix. How is this accessed in FUSE 3?

The same console is not present in Fuse ESB 3 since this version does not use OSGI.
