Installer fails on 64-bit Windows

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Version with 64bit Java VM

I tried also a 32 Java VM, but it neither worked.

Did someone succeed?

As far as I remember there is an option to run an application in compatibility mode, or something like that. It basically runs the binary in a 32-bit way. Perhaps you could try running the installer in that way.

I think you do this by right-clicking on the executable, choosing properties, and then selecting the compatibility mode (I don't have a windows machine here to check).

I did what you said and enabled the compatibility mode to Windows XP SP 2. Same problem, here is part of the stack trace

ZeroGpd: Windows DLL failed to load

     at ZeroGae.a(DashoA8113)

     at ZeroGae.b(DashoA8113)

The corresponding JIRA issue is still open as well!

I don't know if you have fix your problem but on 64bit Windows you can try to start the install with the option LAX_VM and a 32bit java like :

fuse-message-broker-5.3.0.5-windows.exe LAX_VM D:\Java32bit\jre\bin\java.exe

When starting the container, you get this warning when the servicemix-lwcontainer JBI component is being installed. The warning is harmless and should not have any implications at runtime.

to class path as it doesn't exist
