smx-jms thread pool does not dynamically expand as expected on FUSE ESB 3.3.1.21. See Apache SMX Jira https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/SMXCOMP-704 for a description and a test case to reproduce the problem. Note this problem exists on Apache SMX 3.3.1 and FUSE ESB 3.3.1.21.
