Help: Unable to load context when using JAXB (ESB 4.2)

I have two bundles. One exposes a class which is annotated with jaxb and contains the jabx.index file. The other bundle is a camel route which uses the class, reads and writes it to file. Everything compiles and loads on karaf. But I get an IOException "Unable to create context". I think it has something to do with threads and classloaders.. but I'm not a java expert. Is there a workaround?

had my jaxb.index file in the wrong place.
