How to enable advisory topics on ActiveMQ 5.4.0 ?

Greetings,

The ActiveMQ documentation mentions more than 20 advisory topics. However, in my installation I only have 3: ActiveMQ.Advisory.Connection, ActiveMQ.Advisory.Queue, and ActiveMQ.Advisory.Topic. The activemq.xml file is configured as follows:

..........

The broker starts correctly but inspecting the destination with JConsole or the ActiveMQ console only shows the previous 3 topics. What should I do in order to fully enable the advisory topics ?

destinations are created on the fly, or on demand by activemq. So they will only appear in the console after some messages have been dispatched to those advisory topics.
