Just a quick notes, may not answer your question directly, but for better handling soap message, we generally recommend to use servicemix-cxf-bc component, also we have cxf-wsdl-first(JBI packaging) and cxf-wsdl-first-osgi-package(OSGi packaging) examples shipped with kit, which I think you may need take a look.

Anyway I solved the problem exposed above.
I had to match the service and endpoint attribute of the provider beans tag with the wsdl attribute values. Now it works.
Even if I've problem if the remote service is a .NET service.
