BAM example issue

I've been having issues getting the BAM example in the apache-camel-2.5.0 distribution to run. The error message states:

Any ideas to resolve the above would be greatly appreciated.

Can you try running from a directory which do not have spaces in the path?

eg avoid using the "Documents and Settings" folder.

I usually have a /workspace directory I try out my stuff in. Also on the windows laptop.
