${camel-version}, ${cxf-version}, etc.. where defined?

I've noticed in the examples there are many pom.xml which specify the version as some defined property value.  I would like to know where these are defined?  Thanks!

In the parent pom.xml which is located in the source code at parent/pom.xml.

If you're looking at ServiceMix 4.x, they can be found in POM for groupId 'org.apache.servicemix' and artifactId 'features'.  For example, for 4.3.1-fuse-00-00, those can be found in http://repo.fusesource.com/nexus/content/repositories/releases/org/apache/servicemix/features/features/4.3.1-fuse-00-00/features-4.3.1-fuse-00-00.pom
