You can work with Apache Camel via its REST API so you can view/edit routes inside Camel from any language; plus Camel can talk to just about any process or protocol.
Though we've no immediate plans to port Camel to .NET or anything like that though. However if you want to include Apache Camel inside a .Net application you could always use IKVM to run Camel inside the .Net runtime.
