How to build nested multicast in Spring DSL

Is it possible  to build the following nested route ?

1) A multicast to B1 and B2.

2) B1 route to  C1  or multicast to C1 and C2

You can add a nested content based router inside the multicast.

Is it something like this?

<route>
<from>
<multicast>
   <to A>
   <choice>
      <when>foo<to B1></when>
      <otherwise><multicast><to B1><to C1></multicast></otherwise>
   </choice>
</multicast>
</route>
