How to list all routes deployed in ServiceMix

I am using ServiceMix 4.3.1 with several custom osgi bundles containing camel routes.  I have the Karaf web console deployed, and I am using it.  One piece of information that appears to be missing that I would very much like to see is a listing of all camel routes that are currently deployed.  Is there any command to show such a listing?

If you just need a list of the camel routes and don't need to get them from the web console, you can get the list of deployed routes through JMX.
