problem with installing features in apache-servicemix-4.4.0-fuse-00-43

i have all the required repo's which are below

org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.repositories= \

    http://repo.fusesource.com/nexus/content/repositories/releases, \

    http://repo.fusesource.com/nexus/content/repositories/snapshots@snapshots@noreleases, \

    http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/m2-repo, \

    http://repository.springsource.com/maven/bundles/release, \

    http://repository.springsource.com/maven/bundles/external

But, serviemix throws up error like below on doing features:install .

Error executing command: URL mvn:org.apache.camel/camel-jackson/2.7.1-fuse-00-43 could not be resolved.

Have the fuse repo's changed ,i have installed this feature 2 days ago on another instance and how do i manually download and install a feature and its external dependencies

thanks claus ,now it seems to work fine  were the repo's down or something and how do i deploy these features from local files just in case if repo's are down or if there is no internet access?

Yeah the repo had a outage last night.
