I'm running:

CentOS 5.5 64bits with oracle jdk 1.6

java version "1.6.0_27"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_27-b07)

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.2-b06, mixed mode)

FuseSMX 4.2.0-fuse-02-00

SMX just stopped working without any log. The only thing I can find is in dmesg:

java[8216]: segfault at 000000006f551a98 rip 00002aaab2c175bd rsp 000000006f551a80 error 6

Any idea how to find out what the problem is?

I found out what the problem was. It's JVM bug:
