Thanks for letting us know about this issue. I was able to reproduce it and I have entered a JIRA ticket to track it (ECLIPSE-762).
Until this is fixed in a subsequent release of Fuse IDE, you can create a container via SSH using the command shell for the remote fabric:
fabric:container-create-ssh --host <HOSTNAME> --profile <PROFILE_NAME> --user <SSH_USER_NAME> --password <SSH_PASSWORD> <NAME_FOR_THE_NEW_CONTAINER>
Type fabric:container-create-ssh --help in the shell for more details on the command, in case you want/need to use some of the other options.
