No Metric Data Available

As I open the resource in monitor/charts, I see no charts but "No Metric Data Available".

Any help?

What type of Resource is it? Is the Resource up (green)? Are the clock synced between the Agent and Server machines? Check your metric display interval and make sure it's not set to some point before the Resource was inventoried or in the future. Were the metrics enabled for collection during the metric display interval you are viewing?
