Spring Dependency Injection and AOP (annotation): are they allowed in camel

Can use Spring's Dependency Injection and Aspect Oriented Programming concepts in Camel context. I want to inject objects and monitor with aspects in camel, is this possible?

If yes, how can this be achieved?
