FTP fails to download/upload

I have 2 different routes which download/upload files from an FTP. I have this working against our test FTP but not against a clients FTP.

The code connects succesfully but does not upload/download any of the files. It just hangs.

I can connect to the FTP from command line from the box where my ESB container is deployed. I can then download/upload files.

Any ideas what else i could try to figure out whats wrong. I've the client to have a look at their logs to see if they can spot anything as well.

I've changed my endpoints to have:

disconnect=true&passiveMode=true

This has fixed my issue.
