Need Help IN Geting Real Time Data And Save In HDFS From Scratch ??

i wanna get real time data feeds and save them in HDFS i tried from twitter websocket example but did not run it successfully after changing its credentials so i have to develop that type of application that can get real time feed from any site and save it in HDFS

   As i am new bie i need help from any person from initial stage to guide me in developing such application as i have fuse ide 7

Hopes for your suggestions specially "@davsclaus"  in the form of example code , e-book , steps to follow
