Though if you want to create an application then you should take a look at creating a new Fuse project. There should be a menu for that from the file menu in Fuse IDE.
File -> New Project ... -> Fuse Project ... ->
Then there is a number of "archetypes" which is for creating different projcet types. You can for example choose the "camel-archetype-spring".
The Fuse IDE documentation should cover how to develop projects and deploy to SMX / Fuse ESB. So I suggest to take a look at that.

features:install camel-quartz
