I noticed that you're using signaturePropFile in your configuration, this easily cause classloader issue in OSGi world, I suggest you use signaturePropRefId instead, this way you just pass a java.util.Properties or org.apache.ws.security.components.crypto.Crypto object, which works more graceful in OSGi world.
Also I suggest you put keystore jks and crypto properties in your bundle, so that your bundle is self contained and the key store is more easy to manage.
Please take a look at to get more details, also we have an example[2] to demonstrate how to use signaturePropRefId
