Questions on Jboss-Fuse and Fuse Fabric

I have lot of questions on JBoss-Fuse and Fuse Fabric. You can guide me to appropriate links

1.) Is Jboss-Fuse Apache 2.0 ?.

2.) What is the difference between JBOSS-Fuse and Fuse Fabric?. (beyond Service Mix JBI option)

3.) I have downloaded complete JBOSS-Fuse documentation but no-where it talks about the camel fabric end point. example from("seda:foo").to("fabric:myName"). Why?. Is fabric end point not supported by JBoss-Fuse.

4.) How much updated the documentation is on the site.(http://fuse.fusesource.org/fabric/docs/index.html) and where can I find little more Fabric specific information.

5.) Where can I see some road map for Fabric. If possible

Ad 1)

Yes JBoss Fuse is ASL2 licensed, as well is fuse-fabric project, and of course all the Apache projects thats included in JBoss Fuse such as AcitveMQ, Camel etc.

Bottom line its all ALS2 licensed, only Fuse IDE is Eclipse licensed AFAIR.

Ad 2)

JBoss Fuse is a product from Red Hat. The web page is here: http://www.jboss.org/products/fuse

Fuse Fabric is an open source project (not a product).

The source code is at github: https://github.com/jboss-fuse/fuse/

And the project home page is at: http://fuse.fusesource.org/fabric/

Fuse Fabric is included out of the box in JBoss Fuse product.

Ad 3)

The fabric/master Camel components from fuse fabric is to be documented by the Red Hat documentation team. They have it on their TODO list.

for example a doc about cloud computing with fabric etc.

And then you can reach out to the fuse fabric community at its mailing list / user forum / irc channel to get in touch and get more details from the core team that actually works on it.

Is my assumption right that Fuse ESB and Jboss Fuse are same from the product,license and other perspective.

JBoss Fuse is the new product name of the former product known as Fuse ESB.

The source code for both of them is ASL2 licensed.

The binary distribution of JBoss Fuse has an EULA from Red Hat (eg as its a Red Hat product) which is different than what FuseSource had with Fuse ESB. That would be the difference.
