Directory file migration from Websphere to JBoss AS7

JBoss AS 7.1.1
OS: Linux

Before, on Websphere server 8, I specified on the Admin Console: Resources --> URLs:

JNDI Name: url/applicationSetting
Specification:file:///my_server/files/app_setting.properties  


Now, on JBoss AS 7, where and how should I specify the same above parameters?
