HC register to DC with wrong username

Hi, using Wildfly 8.1 or latest 9.0-alpha1, copied the domain dir to domain2. On domain2 renamed host-slave.xml to host.xml, you can chage secret-identities valut to "blabla" if you want.

Starts domain as

./domain.sh -b pavlov-0 -bmanagement pavlov-0

Start domain2 as

./domain.sh -b pavlov-1 -bmanagement pavlov-1 -Djboss.domain.base.dir=../domain2/ -Djboss.domain.master.address=pavlov-0

pavlov-0 points to 10.10.10.10

pavlov-1 points to 10.10.10.11

What I see is the HC registers to DC with an wrong username/password. Is that correct ? Log on DC shows

JBAS010918: Registered remote slave host "pavlov", WildFly 8.1.0.Final "Kenny"

If you are on the same machine then it is most likely local authentication is kicking in.

Yes, it is the same machine. But they are different IPs (virtual IP indeed).

Local authentication is just a filesystem based challenge so the address would not impact it.  In some places we do have an optimisation to disable local authentication if we know we are connecting to a completely different machine but that would not be kicking in here as we can detect it is the same machine.
