1. Re: Need Help : How to create Datasource file Programatically and JBoss deploy accordingly.
wdfink Sep 5, 2014 3:52 AM (in response to bishtsand)Don't understand your question exactly.
A DS file is a configuration for a connection pool, changing it will have no effect until restart.
Could you explain what you try to achive?

bishtsand Sep 5, 2014 4:31 AM (in response to wdfink)Thanks Wolf.
we require a single configuration file for our application and as well as JBoss too.
To achieve this thing we have to manage Datasource credentials through self define configuration file, is it possible?
similarly for server.xml connector configuration too.
Please help me out .

4. Re: Need Help : How to create Datasource file Programatically and JBoss deploy accordingly.
bishtsand Sep 8, 2014 12:34 AM (in response to bishtsand)Hello Wolf,
I am using JBOSS 5.0.1 GA.
As we know for database and other configuration we have to configure parameters on Datasource-ds.xml, server.xml etc. (Configuration in Separate Areas or different folder structure).
I am deploying a war (web-application) in it.
My requirement is :
Is there any possible solution that I can manage the JBOSS confguration or override the configuration of JBOSS from my APPLICATION (JAVA BASED)?
Actually we need a single configuration file for APPLICATION as well as JBOSS. (This APPROACH will help us in operations)
