I have managed to successfully compile the generic-jms-ra from jms-ra/generic-jms-ra · GitHub and have started Wildfly successfully. Currently I am just copying the rar file into the deployments folder of the standalone server.
As I am creating a baseline in our environment, is there a better way to package the rar so that it is always deployed with our customized version of Wildfly?
Should I create a module for the rar? Must I then include the module as a dependency somewhere?
Is it ok to just copy the rar into the deployments folder?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
